Alexander Pediatrics, LLC is a full-service general pediatric office offering well child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and after hours service. We are conveniently located in Montgomery, Alabama, and provide care to patients from newborns to 18 years of age.

We understand when your child is sick and we strive to provide the care to help make you and your child feel better. We offer a variety of diagnostic testing done in the office. We have same day appointments available.
We offer vaccines as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
